Please note that as of September 2, 2014 Zebra Technologies discontinued support for the Zebra LP 2844-Z label printer. The Zebra 2844 (EPL) label printer was also discontinued, but is currently still supported by the manufacturer. Although printer model LP 2844 is past its end of life date, CollaborateMD will still provide the capability for our customers to use it as an available printing device.
Version 9.2 of the CollaborateMD application has been updated to include all supported Zebra Desktop printer models. You can read more about the EPL and recommendedZPL printer option on our Training Help pages.
Should you experience issues with your LP 2844 printer, we recommend that you upgrade to the supported Zebra replacement model: GC420d.
